We are BOX ID Systems, a young company in the field of IoT and logistics. Sales Manager (m/f/d) and Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS:
» Manage the implementation of international projects including design, planning, preparation, and system deployment.
» Work closely with the project team on requirements, scope of delivery and services for a project
» Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from the proposal phase through support
» Central contact person for the supported customers and project support during the project lifecycle (remote and on-site)
» Ongoing controlling of project goals (quality, budget, time) and documentation of project execution
» Maintaining customer relations and relationships with other relevant stakeholders
» Conducting workshops with customers as part of the project initiation process

Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS:
» Lead generation in B2B in the areas of social media & mail campaigns
» Evaluations of the campaigns
» Updating our website, textual design
» Supervision of our social media channels as well as creation of the editorial plan
» Conception, development and implementation of high-quality and relevant content formats according to the needs of our target group of print and online advertising media for B2B (ads, banners, posters, presentations, mailings, instructions for our users etc.)
» Planning and implementation of events and trade fairs (national and international)
» Develop setup and execution of new marketing strategies, such as webinars
» Control of external service providers and agencies

Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

TASKS:
» Sales of the BOX ID solution as part of the sales team
» Acquisition of new customers and projects, as well as expansion and maintenance of customer relationships
» Identification and demonstration of the potential for the use of the BOX ID solution in the respective use cases of the customers
» Coordination of presales activities, convincing presentation of the BOX ID service portfolio and preparation of quotations
» Support and consulting of customers (phone, email, web meetings) regarding commercial as well as technical questions
» Representation of BOX ID at trade fairs and events
» Cooperation with partners and external service providers

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR SUCCESS:
» You already have a degree, ideally in economics or engineering
» You have professional experience in sales and/or experience in the sale of goods or services that require explanation
» You have a basic understanding of technology or an affinity for technology in order to acquire the necessary knowledge
» Ideally, you have specialist knowledge and experience in project management (also in an international environment)
» You have a high degree of customer orientation and a good feel for customer needs
» Your strengths include strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor
» You convince with your distinctive team orientation and excellent decision-making and organizational skills
» Your German language skills are at a native level and you have excellent English skills
» Your main residence is in DACH (DE, AT, CH)
» You have no problem going on business trips to customers within the EU region, possibly on a weekly basis
